The Founder's Story

From playing competitive cricket to building a multi-sport ecosystem across India.

Mr. Sujeet Mor’s journey began on the competitive cricket pitch—not in a corporate office. Years of high-level competition gave him first-hand experience of the discipline, pressure, and athletic preparation required to perform at the highest level.

Combining his playing experience with professional sports education (NIS Qualified Coach, ICC Level 1 & 2, ECB Level 1, Australia S&C Level 1 & 2, and B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed), Sujeet founded Little Crickers Academy in 2017. What started as a grassroots initiative has evolved into LSG Sports Ventures OPC Pvt Ltd — a complete sports ecosystem connecting education, academies, events, technology, and athlete development.
